Hazelnut French Toast

  1. Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon together.

  2. Stir in hazelnut meal.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp of butter or oil in a oan over medium/high heat.

  4. Dip one slice of brioche at a time into batter, making sure to keep as much hazelnut meal on as possible.

  5. Cook on each side until golden brown with a slight crust.

  6. Serve with whipped cream, syrup and diced hazelnuts for a decadent treat!
