Hazelnut French Toast
Ingredients:
Loaf of brioche
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk or cream
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon powder (to taste!)
1 cup Hazelnut Meal
a few pieces of Hazelnut Toffee, crushed
Powdered Sugar and Whipped Cream
Directions
Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon together.
Stir in hazelnut meal.
Heat 1 tbsp of butter or oil in a oan over medium/high heat.
Dip one slice of brioche at a time into batter, making sure to keep as much hazelnut meal on as possible.
Cook on each side until golden brown with a slight crust.
Serve with whipped cream, syrup and diced hazelnuts for a decadent treat!
