Allergies
We’re often asked about allergens. Here’s the run-down:
If you’re allergic to hazelnuts/filberts, you are not going to be happy with our products!
If you’re sensitive to other nuts, but ok with hazelnuts, please be aware that our hazelnuts are processed, dried and shelled in a facility that could be processing other tree nuts.
If you are gluten-intolerant, don’t buy our Hazelnut Pancake & Waffle Mix — it has wheat in the base.
If you have celiac disease, please note that we have one kitchen for all products, so there is a risk of cross-contamination.
Of course, our milk chocolates include milk.
In every case, if you are concerned about ingredients, please take a look at our labels.
Shipping
Ag! Sometimes it seems expensive to ship our products! We know! And if we were in charge of carrier prices, it would be different. We have set our shipping to cover costs and no more. You can take the sting away by:

Heat
On occasion, you’ll see that we’ve paused our chocolate production. That’s because when the temps spike, we can’t guarantee your chocolate will arrive in the form it left our kitchen in. (Who wants chocolate soup?) When this happens, we alert you on our website.
