Hazelnut Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup hazelnut meal

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter

  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1 tsp vanilla 

  • 1 bar of our hazelnut toffee (1/2 a package)

  • 1 cup toasted unsalted hazelnuts, rough chopped  

  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips  

Directions

  1. Combine flour, hazelnut meal, baking powder and soda, salt.

  2. With a mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

  3. Add in eggs and vanilla.

  4. Add flour mixture and mix until just combined.

  5. Stir in toffee and hazelnuts.

  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart.

  7. Bake on parchment lined pans for about 15-20 minutes in a 325 degree oven.
