Hazelnut Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup hazelnut meal
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 bar of our hazelnut toffee (1/2 a package)
1 cup toasted unsalted hazelnuts, rough chopped
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Combine flour, hazelnut meal, baking powder and soda, salt.
With a mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add in eggs and vanilla.
Add flour mixture and mix until just combined.
Stir in toffee and hazelnuts.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart.
Bake on parchment lined pans for about 15-20 minutes in a 325 degree oven.
